Settignano - Firenze

La parte più interessante del giardino è posta nel lato sud dell'edificio. Qui si apre un meraviglioso parterre, costruito per volere della principessa Ghyka agli inizi del secolo XX. Il parterre é diviso in quattro aiuole rettangolari d'acqua, sottolineate da siepi di bosso, che terminano in un emiciclo-belvedere di cipressi.

The most interesting part of the park is situated on the south side of the building. On this side, there is a parterre, wanted by Princess Ghyka at the beginnings of the 20th century. The parterre is divided in four box hedges rectangular water pool, followed by an arch-shaped of cypresses of a great scenographic effect.
